友人申請は基本的に動画をアップロードしていない方は原則お断りさせていただきます。しばらくアップロードがない場合、写真のみも同様です。好みの動画がある場合はすぐに申請を受理します。好みの動画がない場合は申請は受理する可能性は低いです

As a general rule, we will decline friend requests from those who have not uploaded videos. The same goes for photos only if there has been no upload for a while. If there is a video you like, we will accept your application immediately. If there is no video of your choice, we are unlikely to accept your application.
