友人申請を頂きましたが ある程度の収録時間がある動画を投稿されている方のみ友人登録を行わせていただいており、投稿数が極端に少ないユーザーからの友人申請は受け付けておりません。
また、数秒～数分の動画や他のユーザーからの転載、単調なタイトルにリネームしただけの動画・ありきたりの動画・チャット動画ばかり・タイトルが同じようなものばかり・投稿数稼ぎをしているユーザーからのリクエストもお断りしています。
現状を改善された上で改めて申請をお願いします。

I had friend application, but only one contributed an animation with some collecting time to performs friend registration and does not accept the friend application from the user where there is extremely little number of the contributions.
In addition, a title will not agree only with the animation of from several seconds to several minutes and an animation, the ordinary animation, chat animation which I only renamed in the reproduction from other users, a monotonous title, and only a thing declines the request from a user doing number of the contributions income.
I would like application some other time after the present conditions were improved.
