Keepeitrolling is the patreon account for 'keepitrolling.net' and 'All-edition.net'
That site hosts videos depicting sexual acts involving women who are asleep and unable to provide consent. The advertise these videos in devious ways on other mainstream UGC adult sites by posting conventional adult videos with 'sleep' content as 'picture in picture' videos to avoid detection.
I can provide links to their advert videos on these sites which are disturbing.
More worryingly their patreon advertises the service "Learn how to do the same".
