Basically, friend requests from users without videos, those who haven't participated for over 200 days, those who post few, users who have only uploaded 1~2 minute videos, or users who haven't posted messages are not accepted. Also, negative activity points are not considered good signs and cannot be accepted.
I generally do not accept friend requests from users who have no videos, haven't joined over 200 days, have few posts, only upload videos of 1-2 minutes, or have no message. Besides, having negative activity points is not considered as a good sign and cannot be accepted
